Bafétimbi Gomis does intend to make sacrifices to extend Marseille stay

French striker Bafétimbi Gomis has no intention of accepting a wage reduction to join Ligue 1 side Marseille on a permanent basis, according to France Football.

Gomis, who wants to make his move to OM permanent from Premier League side Swansea after what has been a productive loan spell thus far, has seen Marseille hand Patrice Evra and Dimitri Payet exceptionally good salaries and has decided that he will demand his entire existing wage packet at Swansea in any future negotiations to join the Ligue 1 side in the summer.

Gomis has recently been confirmed out with a knee problem from between 4-6 weeks.
