Faouzi Ghoulam emerges as PSG’s top left-back target

According to L’Équipe, Napoli and former St Étienne left-back Faouzi Ghoulam has emerged as a top summer target for PSG.

Les Parisiens are seeking to sign a replacement for the set to depart Brazilian Maxwell, whose contract expires at the end of the season.

They are not looking for a backup for Layvin Kurzawa, who has largely disappointed this season both in terms of his performances and how injured he has been throughout the campaign, but someone who can actively compete with him.

With Wolfsburg’s Ricardo Rodriguez set to join AC Milan, PSG have turned their attentions to Ghoulam.
