Juventus set to make €15m proposal for Blaise Matuidi

Serie A side Juventus are set to make an initial proposal worth €15m for PSG central midfielder Blaise Matuidi, according to L’Équipe.

Matuidi, who had agreed to join the Serie A champions already last summer, was blocked in the end from doing so by PSG President Nasser Al Khelaifi. His current contract however expires in 2018, and with one year remaining, he is heavily considering his future in the French capital.

Manchester United are monitoring Matuidi’s situation, but have yet to take concrete steps in terms of preparing a formal bid.
