Toulouse were confident up until yesterday of signing French midfielder Jordan Ferri from Lyon on a season-long loan without an option to buy.
The player had given his agreement, but Lyon have decided to block the move.
Toulouse are now casting their eye on Clément Grenier’s situation, according to Yahoo Sport.
