FC Metz has confirmed that Cote d’Ivoire midfielder Cheick Doukouré has joined the Spanish side on a four year deal.
Trained at FC Lorient, the 24 year old joined FC Metz in 2014 and quickly solidified his spot in the midfield. He has since made 63 appearances for the club in both League 1 and League 2. Doukouré leaves the club having captained it 14 times.
Doukouré has also made 16 international appearances for Ivory Coast and was part of the squad which famously lifted the Africa Cup of Nations in 2015.
