Recently-relegated to Ligue 2 side FC Lorient have appointed former French international goalkeeper Mickaël Landreau as their new manager.
Landreau has been given a four-year contract in what is his first ever job as a manager.
President Loïc Féry had the following to say on the matter:
“Mickaël Landreau seduced us… It is a real football project that we have here. It is important that there is adequacy between training and the footballing project.”
