AS Monaco have completed the signing of Montenegrin attacker Stevan Jovetić from Inter Milan in a deal worth €11m.
Jovetić arrives in France on a four-year contract, and will reportedly take the number ten shirt, worn previously by the PSG-bound Kylian Mbappé.
The striker spent last season out on loan with Sevilla, netting seven times in 29 appearances for the Spanish side.
“I am very happy to be here.” said Jovetić, “AS Monaco is a big club that played in the semi-finals of the Champions League and won the French Champion title last season. There are some great players on this team.”
Monaco vice-president Vadim Vasilyev added, “We are very happy to welcome Stevan Jovetic to AS Monaco. He has evolved in the biggest championships and has the experience of the highest level.”
