Ligue 1 side OGC Nice have made contact for Lille central midfielder Mounir Obbadi and Lyon’s Clément Grenier, according to Le 10 Sport and verified by sources contacted by Get French Football News.
Les Aiglons are looking to make an addition to their central midfield ranks this month, with Jean Seri away at the African Cup of Nations.
Nice have enquired for both Clément Grenier and Mounir Obbadi with a loan deal in mind. Grenier has been told to find himself a new club and has concrete interest from one English side, whilst Obbadi is looking to leave Lille after his house was broken into in a traumatic incident for his family.
Talks are not at an advanced stage with either target, but expect Les Aiglons to accelerate things in the coming days.
