PSG considering Alfredo Benito & Roberto Olabe for Sporting Director role

PSG are considering two individuals for a role as the club’s Sporting Director following the resignation of Olivier Létang, according to France Football.

Both individuals are believed to have been pushed forward by manager Unai Emery, in a summer shakeup which could put Director of Football Patrick Kluivert’s future in danger.

The first name is Alfredo Benito (44), who crossed paths with Emery at Almeria, and the second is Roberto Olabe (49), who, six months ago, resigned from his position as Sporting Director at Real Sociedad.

Monchi, who was considered heavily by the PSG hierarchy, has been announced as AS Roma’s new Sporting Director.
