Paris United report today that French midfielder and Watford player Abdoulaye Doucouré has agreed terms with PSG over a possible January transfer window move.
However, his Premier League club, the Hornets, are demanding €50m in order to part with the former Rennes man.
After several weeks of discussions, the player has agreed provisional contract terms with the Ligue 1 champions – whilst he is excited about the idea of joining PSG, he will not force a move if the clubs fail to agree. Everton are also in contact with the Frenchman.
PSG have already made an initial bid, which was rejected. Gino Pozzo, the owner of Watford, told Paris United that he “does not expect to see” his player “leave shortly”.
