Speaking at the unveiling press conference of right-back Léo Dubois and young prospect Martin Terrier, Lyon President Jean-Michel Aulas was asked about the futures of Marcelo and Nabil Fékir.
“I am not afraid of anything, if they leave, that means we will have received the number we want, we will do everything we can for them not to leave, but the week before the 9th of August will certainly be a bit of a storm.”
More specifically on Nabil Fékir:
“In the current context, as the World Champions, with Lyon who has the ambition to do something big next year, it is difficult for Nabil to find a genuinely better club who plays Champions League football.”
