Didier Deschamps on his future: “I have a contract to honour.”

RTL asked France manager Didier Deschamps whether or not he would consider leaving his job following this evening’s World Cup triumph.

“I don’t do everything like Aimé Jacquet (who famously retired after the 1998 win). I am in a state of continuity and I have a contract to honour.”

Case closed, it would seem.
