Premier League side Everton are closing in on the signing of Rennes’ central defender turned left-back Rami Bensebaini, according to L’Équipe.
The newspaper claims that talks are very advanced and that a deal could be concluded rapidly at around the €15m mark.
SRFC are already looking for a replacement, and have identified Lyon left-back Marçal as appropriate.
