Jérôme Boateng to PSG – talks have advanced significantly in recent hours

Our colleagues at Culture PSG are reporting that PSG are only €10m apart from Bayern Munich now in terms of the latter’s asking price with a view to an eventual fee agreement between the two sides for German central defender Jérôme Boateng.

PSG Sporting Director Antero Henrique recently did an express round trip from Singapore to Paris in order to finalise a provisional contract agreement with the German’s entourage in a Paris restaurant on Saturday, according to Le Parisien.

Manager Thomas Tuchel views the player as a priority in PSG’s summer transfer window, with Boateng capable of also filling in on the left and right sides of the defence.
