Karabukspor & Osmanlispor in talks with Stéphane Sessegnon

Turkish duo Karabukspor and Osmanlispor are in active discussions with Benin international Stéphane Sessegnon, according to L’Équipe.

The 33-year-old prefers a move to the latter side, who are offering him a 1-year-deal with the option to extend by another. Sessegnon is seeking a move this month for a club that can offer him increased wages so that he may pay off debts owed to the British and French tax collectors.

Montpellier have in the meantime set about seeking a replacement, having made initial contact with Newcastle midfielder Henri Saivet’s entourage, although talks are only at a preliminary stage.
