Kylian Mbappé voted Young Player of the Year by Ligue 1 players

Speaking during tonight’s UNFP Awards ceremony, PSG attacker Kylian Mbappé offered his thoughts after being voted the Ligue 1 Young Player of the Year for the second campaign in a row.

“It is an honour to be in this room tonight amongst people who have left a mark on France with their talent. I want to congratulate the other three finalists, who show that French football has unmistakeable talent. I want to thank my PSG team-mates, who allowed for me to adapt well and put me in the best conditions for me to be able express myself. I want to thank the manager, the staff and the president for believing in me. It is always nice to receive individual trophies, this is my second. I heard that Eden Hazard got two of these, now I have the same. I hope to continue and why not try and become the first to ever win three of these.”
