Lucien Favre negotiating OGC Nice exit agreement

France Football report this evening that Swiss manager Lucien Favre is in the process of negotiating an exit agreement with OGC Nice to leave the club at the end of the current campaign.

Talks are centring around reaching an agreement over a specific figure at which Les Aiglons would let Favre join a club of his choice this summer, with talks culminating in a deal between the two parties that will see Nice let Favre go if they interested club pays the Ligue 1 outfit €3m to buy out the final year of the Swiss’s contract.

Borussia Dortmund continue to be in contact with the manager’s camp, with Bayern Munich having placed the former Gladbach boss on their shortlist, the French outlet claims.

Nice are supposedly considering a set of early candidates to replace Favre that include Willy Sagnol, Jocelyn Gourvennec and Lille manager Christophe Galtier.
