France Football claim that talks are ongoing between OGC Nice and Marseille for the transfer of Italian international forward Mario Balotelli.
At the moment, OM are offering €8m, whereas Nice’s gentleman’s agreement with Balotelli let’s the player leave for €10m upwards.
