Official | Yves Bissouma makes move to Brighton from Lille

Yves Bissouma will be swapping the Stade Pierre-Mauroy for the Amex Stadium next season after he completed his move to Brighton & Hove Albion today.

Bissouma, 21, moves to the English south coast for an undisclosed fee and has signed a five-year deal at his new club.

The Mali international- who was born in the Ivory Coast- made 55 appearances and scored 2 goals in his spell at Lille.

Bissouma expressed his delight in having secured the move today: “I chatted with quite a lot of people who advised me it’s a good league for my progression, and it’s good to join a club like Brighton who know what they want, an ambitious club…I wanted to come and show what I can do in the Premier League and help the team move forward”.
