L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 champions PSG have opened discussions with FC Porto for left-back Alex Telles.
The 25-year-old has a €40m release clause.
Les Parisiens are staring down a barrel, having to raise between €40m and €60m by the end of the month in order to conform to FFP regulations. With the sales of Javier Pastore (AS Roma) and Odsonne Edouard (Celtic), they have so far raised around €30m.
Athletic Bilbao have made a €20m bid for PSG left-back Yuri Berchiche, in a deal that could allow PSG to satisfy FFP. They bought Yuri last summer for €15m, and Thomas Tuchel is not opposed to the Spaniard’s departure, according to the newspaper.
PSG will surely respond to the offer in the coming hours, in a deal that would likely force Layvin Kurzawa to remain with Les Parisiens.
