Ligue 1 side St Étienne have rejected a €2.5m offer from Ukrainian giants Dynamo Kiev for Slovenian international striker Robert Beric, according to L’Équipe.
The French outfit are holding out for €5m in order to sell the player. The 27-year-old does not necessarily want to leave Les Verts, but has one-year left on his current deal and ASSE are looking to cash in.
Following a severe injury to Romain Hamouma last weekend, St Étienne are hopeful of bringing in another attacking player before the window shuts, likely on loan with an option to buy.
Georges-Kevin N’Koudou (Tottenham), Faitout Maouassa (Rennes) and Yannis Salibur (Guingamp) are all current targets.
