Premier League side Tottenham Hotspur have indeed made a bid for OGC Nice attacker Alassane Pléa, worth €26m, according to RMC.
Talks are currently ongoing between the two clubs, but the 25-year-old is coming “closer and closer” to a move to the Premier League, according to the report.
