West Ham United are in the final stages of negotiations with Ligue 2 side Le Havre for the transfer of young central defender Harold Moukoundi.
Talks are centring around a fee worth between €10m to €12m, but the stumbling block currently appears to be the large sell-on fee clause demands that Le Havre are asking for, according to reliable French reported Manu Lonjon.
