L’Équipe report that Ligue 1 side Amiens have made a failed attempt to sign 25-year-old Nigerian defender Kenneth Omeruo from Chelsea.
He only has 12 months remaining on his current deal, but after seeing Spanish side Leganes have a €4.5m offer rejected for the player, the Picardy club have decided to move on and see him as too expensive.
