France Football report that Ligue 1 club AS Monaco have made an offer for 18-year-old right-winger Ishak Boussouf, currently at ES Sétif.
The Principality side have offered €500k for a player who is under a youth contract with his club until June 2020. Boussouf is technically free to sign a pre-contract with any club of his choosing from 1st January, but ASM want to get ahead of the other interest and sow up a deal.
