L’Équipe, Foot Mercato and RMC all report that Catalan giants Barcelona have decided to loan French defender Jean-Clair Todibo out until the end of the season without an option to buy.
The player has been in talks lately with the following sides who have all made contact: Everton, Southampton, Watford, Bayer Leverkusen, AS Monaco and AC Milan.
However, many of these teams wanted the player on loan with an option to buy, which FCB are now refusing to include.
Foot Mercato believes that it is the following sides that would accept a loan with no option: Southampton, Schalke 04, Bayer Leverkusen, Hertha Berlin, Watford, AC Milan and AS Monaco.
The player will make his decision in the second week of January as was always planned.
