RMC report that newly-promoted Ligue 1 side Brest have agreed a loan deal with AS Monaco for French youth international attacker Samuel Grandsir.
The 22-year-old winger spent the second half of last season on loan with Strasbourg and turned down the chance to move to Nantes.
Rennes also enquired for the player’s services. SB29 will pay Monaco for the duration of the 12 month loan but it is not clear whether an option to buy has been included in the agreement.
