Mohamed Toubache-TER reports that Nantes have made a provisional 4-year contract offer to Chad international forward Casmir Ninga, who will leave the recently relegated to Ligue 2 side SM Caen this summer.
Les Canaris are offering €2m to sign the player from his Normandy club, but Ninga has a €2.5m a year salary proposal from a Chinese team and appears to be hesitating over a decision.
Besiktas are also interested.
