Speaking in an interview with Le Parisien, Lille manager Christophe Galtier laid out the likely summer transfer window ahead for the club in terms of outgoings and indicated that he does not believe that Sporting Director Luis Campos is going anywhere.
On if all the players will be sold this summer:
No. Adama Soumaoro and Thiago Mendes will be allowed to leave. Nicolas Pépé is sought after. And I am believing in the principle that if a player does not want to stay, he does not have to stay, but not in just any type of circumstances. I have had exchanges with my president and Luis Campos to assure that there is not a desire to see 7 or 8 players leave.
On rumours about a Luis Campos departure:
I have not asked him the question. There is not a single signal that makes me think he wants to leave. We saw what happened at Monaco two years after he left… So obviously if that happened it would pose a problem.
