L’Équipe’s top transfer reporter, Hugo Delom, is reporting that 32-year-old Brazilian central defender David Luiz is seeking to force a move to Premier League rivals Arsenal.
In what he describes as a tense situation, Luiz is said to be in “advanced contacts” with Arsenal.
The Gunners have made a firm proposal to the Brazilian who absolutely wants to make the move and refused to train today as Chelsea continue to attempt to block him from moving to North London.
This potential deal does not come as a surprise, as Luiz is a client of Kia Joorabchian’s, who recently installed Technical Director Edu at Arsenal.
