Didier Deschamps pays homage to 13th November 2015 terrorist victims

Speaking to reporters at France’s Clairefontaine base today, French coach Didier Deschamps spared a thought for the victims of the 13th December 2015 terrorist attacks that begun next to the Stade de France whilst Les Bleus were facing Germany and enveloped Paris.

“Will we think about it tomorrow? I think about it above all today, because this is the 13th. Of course we are thinking about it, time is going by but we cannot forget. An enormous amount of people suffered, a lot lost their lives. We remain marked by what happened, even if the years go by.”
