EA Guingamp sack manager Patrice Lair

Ligue 2 side EA Guingamp last night announced the sacking of manager Patrice Lair, who achieved two wins in eight matches.

Reports emerged last week of Lair having lost the dressing room, attacking his players at half-time during a recent match vs AS Nancy.

In terms of a replacement, ex-Caen boss Patrice Garande is the name on everyone’s lips, but Sylvain Didot will take over in the interim.
