Speaking to L’Équipe du Soir, French international left-back Lucas Hernandez talked up his disappointment after drawing to Turkey 1-1.
“When Giroud came onto the pitch, he did us good. Defensively, Turkey did well. We knew that they were dangerous from set pieces, especially at the far post. And their equaliser came just like that. There is disappointment because this was the key match.”
