Lyon’s opening bid for Youssouf Koné rejected

L’Équipe report that Lyon’s opening offer for 23-year-old Lille left-back Youssouf Koné, €8.5m, has been rejected by Les Dogues.

LOSC are seeking at least €10m for the Malian international and expect competitive offers for the player to come in from Spain and England.
