Speaking in an interview with France Football, PSG superstar attacker Neymar relived the pain of watching his side get knocked out by Manchester United in the Champions’ League last season.
“I have never lost a final. I don’t know what feeling that causes. I just know what it is like to be eliminated, and it’s horrible. Last season, when we went out against Manchester United, it was even harder for me because I was not on the pitch. I suffered as much as I would’ve had I been on it and I was very sad. I felt bad because we had a real opportunity to go to the quarter-finals. And for me to be able to play. But we have to learn from these sorts of bad experiences in order to learn.”
