Ligue 1 side Rennes have this morning announced the signing of 26-year-old French attacker Flavien Tait from Angers.
The Frenchman explained why he chose SRFC over other interested sides:
“It was what the President said to us. Thanks to the supporters, we also saw a real euphoria around Rennes this season. The Roazhon Park and the facilities are also magnificent. There is also the fact that they will be participating in the European Cup and will work to play there in the coming years. It is a step forward in my career.”
The Frenchman is understood to have been transferred for around €9m.
