RMC report that Ligue 2 side US Orléans will rapidly announce two exciting signings, as their summer transfer window begins to take shape.
The first arrives on loan from FC Metz, newly promoted to Ligue 1 for the 2019/20 campaign: attacking midfielder & Luxembourg international Vincent Thill. The 19-year-old spent last season with Pau in the French 3rd division, shining brightly in the process. This deal, like his previous one, is a 12 month loan with no option to purchase.
L’Équipe claim that Thill rejected approaches from Norwich City & Vitesse Arnhem.
Orléans’ second incoming is 26-year-old former Montpellier & RC Lens central defender Nicolas Saint-Ruf. The Frenchman signs on a free transfer after his contract with Nancy expired, on a 3-year deal.
