PSG in talks to make Ligue 2 club US Orléans a satellite
France Football have been informed by Ligue 2 club US Orléans’ president, Philippe Boutron, that the club is in talks with PSG about an eventual satellite arrangement.
“We had discussions at length with Luis Fernandez (PSG’s former Head of Youth Development). The idea interests us greatly, them too. The two clubs would be winners. PSG could test and follow young players in Ligue 2 in a club that geographically is very close to them. And the USO could improve its squad with the loan signings of quality players. We will see how it develops.”
