RMC report that Ligue 1 side Rennes have had an offer of €8m rejected by Angers for French versatile attacker Flavien Tait.
The 26-year-old has also been the subject of an approach from Lyon in recent days – SRFC will have to make a more impressive bid to sign a player under contract with the SCO until 2022.
Tait has a gentleman’s agreement with Angers to leave this summer and is interested in a move to Rennes, but the Brittany side are yet to agree personal terms with the player.
