Samir Nasri has an offer from Shabab Al Ahli Club
Our colleagues at Foot Mercato report this evening that former French international and 32-year-old attacking midfielder Samir Nasri has received an offer from Dubai-based side Shabab Al Ahli Club.
The outlet claims that Nasri has rejected a proposal from a French side and as a free agent following a short spell at West Ham United intends to take adequate time before reaching a decision on his fitter.
Olympiakos have also offered a contract to the former Marseille, Manchester City and Arsenal man, which he has also rejected.
It is understood that Nasri is wanting a move to the Middle East where he can obtain a lucrative contract in a league where there is less pressure on him to perform.
In the UAE, Shabab Al-Ahli Dubai Football Club are in pole position, offering Nasri a contract worth €4m a year net. The player has asked for thinking time and is expected to respond to the proposal shortly.
