RMC report that Barcelona have agreed to sell right-back Sergi Palencia to Ligue 1 club St Étienne for €2m.
The player will sign a 4-year contract with Les Verts should he pass a medical, which he is expected to undertake before the end of the week.
The 23-year-old spent the 2018/19 campaign on loan at fellow French top flight side Bordeaux.
