Speaking to L’Équipe in an interview today, Tottenham Hotspur goalkeeper Hugo Lloris spoke on his current club situation.
“At the end of this season, I will have been at Tottenham for 7 years, with highs, and lows. But, if you look at it holistically, it is very positive and I am profoundly attached to Tottenham, I love this club, I love the people here. Winning something here, it would give some direction. I would be able to see a difference between the state of the club when I arrived and today. To give even more credit to all that, we have to win something. We will have one of the most beautiful stadiums in the world, and that’s magnificent, but this developed as to be accompanied by something. I think that it will be difficult to go to the next level without making signings.”
