L’Équipe understand that an unnamed Italian side have made a bid of around €70m for Ivorian attacker and Lille man Nicolas Pépé.
In the January window, the former Angers man rejected a €11.5m a year post-tax salary from a Chinese club, with Lille thus missing out on the €70m transfer fee which came with the proposal.
A bid from Italy is apparently on the same wavelength in terms of size, but the newspaper says that it is unclear if this is post the inclusion of bonuses and clauses. On the contrary, Bayern Munich have not made any formal proposal for the player at the time of writing.
Angers will receive 15% of any transfer fee should Pépé leave this summer.
