L’Équipe and RMC both report that Premier League side Watford have made a €2.5m bid for 17-year-old attacker Haissem Hassan of Ligue 2 side Châteauroux.
Under contract with the French side until 2021, the French U17 international is delaying a decision as he is also being pursued by Barcelona, and is waiting for them to make a concrete move.
RMC claim that the offer is in fact €2m + a 20% sell-on percentage clause fee, but confirm that the teenager is holding out for Barcelona. He shares the same lawyer as Antoine Griezmann.
