Téléfoot Chaine report that French midfielder Abdoulaye Doucouré has agreed personal terms with Everton over a 4-year contract.
The 27-year-old was recently relegated to the Championship with Watford and fully intends to exit the Hornets this summer.
Watford have already rejected an opening offer from Everton, with the Toffees intent on making a 2nd bid imminently.
Everton boss Carlo Ancelotti has made Doucouré his priority, contrary to other reporting.
