Speaking in an interview with Le Progrès, Chinese Super League side Beijing Guoan’s fitness coach Robert Duverne confirmed that he remains under strict quarantine in the Chinese province of Kunming.
Bruno Génésio, the team’s manager, and assistant Gilles Rousset, are currently in Lyon, but Duverne is in Kunming, until this Friday, where the team is due to begin pre-season training.
“We can only leave our rooms to pick up our delivery food from our corridors. Twice a day, a person in a white suit, with mask, helmet, rubber boots, takes our temperature.”
