Our reliable colleagues at Girondinfos report that on Saturday night after Ligue 1 club Bordeaux’s defeat to Lyon 2-1, manager and Head of Football, Paulo Sousa and Eduardo Macia, came to blows in an apparent altercation.
The subject of their disagreement is understood to have been the ambition currently being shown by Les Girondins in the transfer market, as well as on the tactics employed in attempting to sell players and a lack of agreement on who should depart.
There have been no immediate consequences for either individual internally following this spat, at least so far.
