Speaking in an interview with Ouest-France, Bordeaux goalkeeper Benoît Costil admitted that he would be keen to return to Brittany, where he spent 6 years between 2011 & 2017 during his time at Rennes.
“I would like to come back and play for a Brittany club. I really hope to… There is one that it will be complicated with for diverse reasons (Rennes)… If one day a club is looking, they will very easily get my number… I will discuss anything. But before anything else, I belong to Bordeaux (until 2022). A big historic club.”
On the scandal around his current club Bordeaux:
