Brest approach Clermont for Adrian Grbic, rebuffed by €10m asking price

Le Télégramme report that Ligue 1 side Brest have made an approach for Clermont striker Adrian Grbic, who netted 17 times in 26 matches in the 2019/20 Ligue 2 campaign.

However, the €10m asking price that Clermont have slapped on the Austrian youth international’s head is too considerable for SB29.

As a result, Brest are looking at the possibility of signing Mathieu Dossevi from Toulouse, who were relegated following the LFP’s decision to terminate the 2019/20 campaign with 10 matches remaining. SB29 are also considering permanent moves for Samuel Grandsir (Monaco) and Alexandre Mendy (Bordeaux), who were both on loan with them this season.
