FFF President Le Graët on season restart: “I have asked for another 15 days to look it over.”

Speaking to the AFP, FFF President Noël Le Graët was asked when the French football league season might restart, amid the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic.

“I repeat that nobody is in control of the timetable. We cannot restart the competition until the government gives the green light. Today, we have to be extremely prudent. I have asked everyone for another 15 days, to look very closely at what is going on, to what for ministers to have their meetings. We cannot take this type of decision: “We are going to start at X date, we will finish at the end of July.” There are things that we want obviously, but there is nothing concrete, today that would not be reasonable.”
